Greece to Sell 7 Year Notes

Personal income and spending printed close to expectations. Greece plans to sell 7yr notes, its first debt offering since the EU agreed to help the nation finance its debt. The Fed is scheduled to end the $1.25T MBS purchase program on Wednesday; Nonfarm payrolls is set for release on Friday (consensus is +190K). Right now, the futures market is pricing in a 74% chance that the Fed keeps rates at .25% through August 10th, 2010. Currently, the Ten Year yield is at 3.874% (3.88% on Friday) and the 2-10 yield spread is at 283bps, steepening 3bps since Friday morning.
